Project coordination

Technical coordination of complex railway, bridge and infrastructure projects. The focus is on coordination between specialist disciplines, clarification of technical interfaces and structured preparation of sound decisions.

Bridge erection engineering

Development and coordination of technically feasible erection schemes for bridge structures. Construction stages, erection sequences, temporary works, logistics and site boundary conditions are considered jointly.

BIM consulting

Advice and support on the practical use of digital building models. The focus is on clear BIM processes, coordinated information requirements and a usable link between model, design and project delivery.

Sékou Sawadogo, Dipl.-Ing.

Civil engineer for railway and bridge construction

Graduate civil engineer and freelance since October 2024. Years of experience as a project and erection engineer in bridge, railway and infrastructure projects: from technical project coordination on the client and project side, through bridge erection engineering, to BIM consulting and model coordination.

  • Civil engineering studies at the University of the Bundeswehr Munich, specialising in structural engineering.
  • Solution Technical Specialist AEC at GRAITEC from September 2021 to October 2024.
  • First prize in the 2009/2010 Bavarian Construction Industry University Award competition for a diploma thesis on selecting slab formwork.
  • Working languages: French, German and English.
